While game viewing can never be guaranteed, there are trends that can be seen when one considers seasons, habitats, water availability, animal number and distribution, and therefore where they are likely to be found.

 

GREEN SEASON HIGHLIGHTS (NOVEMBER/DECEMBER TO MARCH):

Excellent game concentrations in Central Kalahari

Time of abundance – births, babies, breeding and predators

Summer bird migrants present in breeding plumage

Excellent photographic opportunities -good light, colour and subject matters

 

In the Green Season/Summer, the temperature is perfect for warm pre-dawn starts to the day.  Light for photography is at its best while dark afternoon storm clouds often add further mood.
